Keep it up!

Second run for the week and I’m still feeling good. Back of my knee still strained however I pray it recovers soon because it distracts me a little when I’m running. Took the same route and ran slightly longer distance.

WORKOUT @ 1755:
5min Dynamic Warm Up
30min Easy Run
5min Static Stretch
5min Core: 1min Jacknife, 1min Static Side Plank, 1min Plank, 1min Sit-ups with hand raises, 1min Superman

Hope I can keep up with this routine till the end of the week.
